Privacy protection
In the following text, we will inform you about the rules for collecting, using and disclosing personal data when navigating through the BHFF.FANS information system and about the choices you have associated with these data.
Relevant legislation:
The BHFF.FANS information system was designed in accordance with the The Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina" 49/06, 76/11 and 89/11).
Data we collect are:
Personal data that you voluntarily enter into the system are information that specifically identify an individual, such as:
- Name and surname,
- E-mail address,
- Phone number,
- Residential address,
- Date of birth,
- Photography,
- Identification document number
- Other personal data in accordance with the provisions of the The Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina" 49/06, 76/11 and 89/11).
Your personal data is collected in the following cases:
- Registration on the BHFF.FANS platform,
- Your application for the purpose of participating in various activities carried out through the BHFF.FANS platform (pre-sale of tickets for matches of national teams of all categories, expressions of interest in purchasing sets of fan props, etc.)
None of your personal data that you have stored on the BHFF.FANS platform will be sold or forwarded to third parties.
In cases where your data need to be forwarded to third parties for the implementation of an activity for which you have expressed your interest by filling out the appropriate form, the form you have filled in will state to whom your data are being forwarded and whether you agree to this procedure being carried out.
This is especially important in cases of expressing interest in buying sets or individual tickets for matches of the national teams of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the sales process itself is organized, carried out, regulated and controlled by international associations such as UEFA, FIFA, and individual national associations – members of previously mentioned associations.
In the above-mentioned cases when BHFF is not the organizer of procedures, but only an intermediary in collecting information from interested parties, BHFF delivers the requested data to event organizers.
This data also includes data that are considered personal according to the provisions of The Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina" 49/06, 76/11 and 89/11).
When applying for each event, on the form itself, interested parties will be able to see information about how their personal data will be treated, but also the possibility of choosing whether they accept that their personal data are treated in the described manner or not.
Applications of persons who do not accept the stated conditions for processing their personal data for a specific event will not be registered on the platform in any way.
Such applicants are recommended to express their interest on other platforms or directly with the event organizer.
The provisions of The Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina" 49/06, 76/11 and 89/11) shall not be applied in the following cases:
- When the requested information became or were already known to the public in another way, due to which the interested party was obliged to disclose it.
Security aspect:
The BHFF.FANS platform uses various types of sophisticated security systems both in order to protect the data of registered users and in order to prevent unauthorized activities, whether those are registered users within the system itself or visitors who are not registered in the system, but use certain types of sophisticated tools to try off a violent break into the protected parts of the platform.
All such illegal attempts are stored in our system.
Visitors who persistently and over a certain period of time try to forcefully penetrate the system are being blocked, and in extremely serious cases there is a possibility of blocking their ISP through which such attacks are executed.
In the most difficult situations, the security system will block access from the entire country - (this option is automatically activated in cases where a large number of unauthorized penetration attempts into the system come from one country, regardless of the way they are being executed).
Any unauthorized attempt to access the platform, depending on the method of execution and the seriousness of such an attempt, is reported to the competent security agencies, both domestic and international. The ISPs through which such an attempt was executed, as well as specialized international institutions that deal with advanced research of such criminal acts, are being informed.
All abovementioned related to the security aspect, is aimed at maximally protecting the identity and personal data of registered users, and enabling safe and undisturbed use of the platform.
In the event that we determine that there has been a breach in the system and the theft of registered users data, we immediately inform the users about the aforementioned, and we work in coordination with each of the users individually to solve the problem.
